I think that the announcement on drilling/production will generate the positive trend in the SP. It is what we have all been waiting for.
Also, the CR did the damage to the current SP - and the SPP should be over mid month. Prior to the CR, the SP had been rising and reached 3.5 cents. The current SP is more in line with the SPP price than with any other operational reasons.
