The Issue Price of Shares under the SPP is $0.23 (23 cents) per Share (Issue Price), which is equal to the issue priceunder the Placement and represents a 16.9% discount to the 5 day volume weighted price of Shares over theperiod up to 28 October 2019 (being the last trading day prior to the announcement of the Placement and SPP).
Seems like a good deal to me lol
