There not many of my stocks where my heart and my head are in the same space but DDR is one. I have followed this stock from .48c upwards and am lucky enough to still hold my core purchase. Traded a few in the ups and downs, bought a new car out of those sales and now have indulged in the SPP - my highest ever purchase price. While the stock is now being noticed more and there are a few analysts reporting and recommending IMO the big instos will stay away because of some of the unusual metrics within the stock. The high dividend payout ratio is probably the biggest scare for them - but let it be - how far has it come without any change to its payout philosophy. If David knows how to successfully manage his business following that mantra I will meditate with him.
