Frankly, I would be happy for the instos to be pushed aside for once, and let the little people have a go. These CRs and SPPs are all too often stitched up for the benefit of the instos.
Did you note that the costs for this CR was $2m (4%). Was there really that amount of work to be done, even at the professional charge-out rate?
