Someone can chime in with more info, but basically (if eligible) you subscribe for your chosen amount, send your funds in. Then depending on how many people subscribe you might get approved for that amount, or less. Or possibly none if you miss the boat. I think the closing date is 19th March, results 21st and new shares issued 26th.

For every 3 shares you buy, you get 1 free option. The option is to purchase an additional share for 0.75c at any time over the next 2 years. You don't have to exercise this option.
