75c is the price you will pay to convert the option to a regular share.
if you dont convert before they expire, you get nothing.
you get a few years to decide if you want to convert. but if theyre $3-4 by then and you can convert at 75c, its a no brainer.
Basically its valuable because of the opportunity without being out of pocket right away
