Agree with your sentiment but there's a very good chance you'll get an ASIC brush-off - they do a very generic "either this isn't illegal OR it is illegal but not worth chasing up OR we just don't feel like it today" reply. They write lots of replies like this and then wonder why they have GetSwift type disasters.
