Hi dugsab my understanding is that they have given share holders the one month period to withdraw their purchase of shares because they altered the prospectus. It would be wrong to get people to put money in then change the agreement. This way if you don't like the changes you can have your money back.
"3. the Company’s use of funds will differ from that set out in the Prospectus;
4. the Company’s Proforma Financial Statement set out in section 7 of the Prospectus is altered;
5. the Company will offer withdrawal rights for those who subscribe under the SPP Offer and/or
Shortfall Offer;"
