teddie I just dont get where the poor decision is. LKE offer sophisticated investors shares at 4cents they then offer retail investors the same deal up to $30K so far so good. Theres a massive positive response to the SPP and management double the amount they will raise. I cant see why we would object to any of this. Then management because they changed the purpose for which they would use the money offer anyone who wants their money back to have their money back and extend the time limit for the offer. I cant see any reason to complain. Then the market goes into free fall as markets do, not managements fault just a victim to unfortunate timing.
So here we are LKE has offered us shares we can decide yes or no. LKE has offered us our money back and again the ball is in our hands. The only thing bad that has happened is that the share price has fallen to 3.4 cents but again if we want LKE shares we can buy them on the market or we can buy them through the SPP the choice is ours no one is forcing us to do anything
