Benefit of the doubt Dugsab
On past performance despite the opinion of many fickle Shareholders the Company has given due consideration to them for example the rights issue in the past.
It is probable they are doing the same in this case.
This gives Shareholders the opportunity to make their decision based on facts that will be available to them in the next four weeks rather than commandeering their funds without that opportunity.
