That's what a some PEN holders did at the SPP at the start of the year. I participated and then sold some afterwards.
If you check the share allocation announcement SH that offloaded shares between the SPP announcement and the scale back were penalised.
If i remember correctly it was stated in the one of the announcements after the fact.
Just sell post the allocation to be safe.
