    As I see it, states that the funds from the CR will be used to retire all or part of the loan.
    ZzzZabit different - left Abit out?
    Also that in the case of the Investec loan not being able to be repaid/retired, additional or alternate funding will be sought in order to meet the obligation.
    If it isn't intended then why would it be written there.
