From observation, this trend seems to still be true - consistently trading at 3.3/3.4 and above the SPP of 3.1c. Indeed, currently some 7M shares in the buy queue at 3.2c or more. Scrambling under the cushions as we speak to subscribe to the SPP offer, fully expecting it to be oversubscribed and capped at the $2M.
