I would suppose,: everyone who wants to leverage down his holding by participating in the SPP and sell therefore his shares to get in cheaper, has done this already.
with increased SPP, there is no insecurity that you get the amount applied for. so everybody who wanted could at least today sell off his "old" shares. BUT despite this fact, SP is not under pressure but increased 10%.
i See this as a very positive sign.
