Was reading about Shaanxi last night. Mixed reports but they have received 5 m AUD from their financers. Registration and formal paperwork for restructuring is already applied with required departments. Intresting update is they have started recruiting process , updating manufacturing line , discussions with vendors n suppliers etc etc..
On the other hand they saying not sure how restructuring is going to go n if that will be surely completed.
Big players are involved including the battery supplier for Samsung. Tianjin something...
My opinion...They wouldnt be fixing the line n recruiting people n discussing if they were not sure of restart. On the other hand they have some 700 cases against them for payment etc etc... They may sell some to complete the payments. I believe something big is going on behind the doors. Mystery supplier is still not being revealed and so r the drilling results...
Just wait n watch...all above in my opinion
