I was expecting the company to have made the annoucement yesterday morning before trading started. They knew on Friday at 5pm how much money they'd received and they already knew it was way over subscribed so they had time to decide what approach they would take with over the subscriptions.
I don't know why they just haven't yet made the annoucement to the market about the result. Maybe the board is still arguing amongst themselves around how to scale back? Perhaps one particular member (representing an external shareholder?) doesn't want further dilution? Either way this delay doesn't look good.
