Revisited this after many years. I doubt the project will get funding but the big issue is shareholders get diluted to buggery with each CR, especially at the rate by which this company spends money . They are diluting the shareholders by 13% per raise and this money only last for about 3-4 Months at a time. At some point they may get a takeover but it doesn’t matter if the SP has been driven to the 1c . As to this being TO at 10c , I don’t see many TOs over companies with going concern struck at 500%-600% premium. The zinc price was much higher and no deal was done - hard to see a deal done now.
