    yes per above, the money was in a month or more ago, its the form they want, but actually they dont want the form, as it is dilutionary. So kudos to the company for reminding the laggards! This is purely to help the goslowers get free options. PS you can send in the form and then I will pay 1c for up to a million free options, see the market.
