So people , I'll get into my response ' straight up ' by saying the ONLY reason I have dropped back into SYA with this post is because of the professionalism and acknowledgements of @beefarmer as well as @mollaj
You'll notice that I have changed my sentiments to neutral - which is mainly because I don't wish to give many of you anything further as to what I would may be thinking or considering with respect to SYA and whatever is going on. Why would I want to given the repulsive ' hatred ' which is so often demonstrated on this forum and for that matter HC itself. I mean ' Bubbling in Hell for many thousands of years ' is way over the top to the extreme - almost to the same degree or level as the whole Israel Folau nonsense.
beefarmer is correct on ALL points. I am a trader and owe you or anyone on these forums nothing when it comes down to how a stock ultimately performs.....especially when many of the issues are directly out of my or anyone else's control. I believe some on this forum have duly pointed out that it doesn't matter one iota what views or opinions one expresses on these social media forums.....whether its positive or negative ....as they have absolutely no bearing or whatsoever on the ability to move a stock one way or the other. It's simply the posting of ones views. Whether they happen to be right or not , the main thrust of this experiment is to share in what knowledge and abilities one has in the hopes it can help others , however one must also keep in mind that it is almost impossible to mirror another's activities without a Giant leap of faith and trust.....which as we all know is never ever likely to occur in an environment where you don't truly know someone , their experience , background , ethics , family upbringing , values and principles.
However , and in light of these points , I am a firm believer in getting the ' Fact's ' correct. Even in this rather ' cosmetic , fake , and I'm sure misleading environment. I know this as I've spent a large part of my time trying to expose this sort of thing by providing posters previous comments which clearly highlight the many incongruencies of their random claims which only come out when things are seemingly on the ropes. Opportunistic ? I'll let you all try and work that one out.
It's also important to get your facts correct. For example with respect to the comment about myself and my MO being to ramp up the post 30 times a day. So to that poster who stated that ( a follower of mine I believe ....go figure... ) , did you actually know that in the 91 days from 1st April to 30th June , I posted only 44 times in only 21 of those 91 days. And out of those 21 days , 12 of those days were represented by only a single post with the highest number of posts on a single day being only 8. So that's represents a stat of 2.09 posts per day based on the 21 days of posting and only .48 posts per day across the whole 3 month period.
This on the other hand compares to Jasen96 ( sorry - had to use someone ) who posted 57 times in the 91 days or moreover in the 30 days in which he / she actually posted with a high of 5 on any given single day . This resulted in a posting ratio of .63 posts per day or 1.90 per day adjusted for the 30 days in which he / she actually posted.
So ya - consenting adults or not , I'm not prepared to add or contribute further on this particular forum. There seems to be quite enough Intelligent ( not ) conversations on this forum to keep you all happy. Best of Luck to you all.
As a final thought , I'll leave you with my view that as an Investor / trader you can only ' Entrust the Director's of a Company ...... but you can never Trust them. There is a big difference IMO. And on that note I will also remind you that I was never one of those Posters who kept saying you should should stump up your monies into the last CR because this was the only way you can really express your support for the Company - nor was I an advocate of the pricing of the options once they were listed on market. Apart from the obvious fact and as you know , I did not participate in that CR , I also had done the calculations on the options and determined they were overpriced. There were those who openly did though. So I did not support these views even though I liked the overall story and was trading the volatility it and the Industry had been clearly providing.
In the end it is so much easier to call a stock down in an obvious industry downtrend than it is to establish at what point a re-rate or uptick will occur IMO. So if I ever even decide to make a comment here on SYA ....which is at this stage unlikely , like bee says , I would pay a little more attention to the subtle nuance .
And for those who think they have provided valuable insight because of where SYA finds itself at the present moment ( and you know who you are ) - if you actually go back over your posts you will find you have provided absolutely nothing of any substance. So what's that about people ....just a lot of big-noting combined with White-Anting .....nothing more. In future try adding some actual value to the discussion - maybe then you will gain others respect.
