In fact I hate this very idea of separate application for free oppies, who ever participated in the SPP couple of months back should be automatically assigned these to respective HIN, this is kind of paving a way to eliminate a few who aren't active in the market, timed it in the month of Dec, all signed applications go to an individuals email (not an automated mailbox with ack).. all signs of a stupid / crooked management. Though many stocks in my portfolio are deep in red, this is the only stock I regret investing. good luck
