Have a look at all those Bio-techs and Fin-techs. Either reached astronomical highs or IPOed at super inflated valuations before 2022 as only potential counted. Producing a profitable income was not required. That looking at things changed to the opposite, potential - Who gives a rat's aas, only profits count now.
Now all those stocks that survived got valued the other way, almost at ZERO. Now, once the interest rates get lowered again the hole scenario will change again. That's when one must have accumulated truckloads, that's what I am doing.
In 3 years I am either filthy rich or will have filed for bankruptcy.
