Please don't be confused, the SPP result was strong, consider this;.

Market conditions tough
Fear & greed index and VIX at near highs
We are a minnow stock atm, ranked @ # 898 based on current market cap so who cares?
We have no revenue streams as yet just promises of things to come....

SYC has always put small SH first, here is no different. Love this.

Will be interesting to see the result of the additional wholesale raise, there may be decent $$ who hold no stock atm and thus could not participate in the SPP, and perhaps were waiting to see the outcome of this re actual monies raised.

Well, the ~ $8.8M figure was cause for optimism imo, from that I sense the new Wholesale raise will go well too, and our cash @ Bank (aka the "Oxygen of our Independence") will grow at a critical time. The longer we can go on our own, the more say we have in any transactions / deals / JVs / partnerships. And from that the greater the SP upside.

Now look ahead to this in the next 54 days or less;

- a positive readout for PTX 100 in October 2022?
- ditto for PTX 200 in November 2022?

And I'm thinking that we could crack 50 cents by start of December, with a bullet, and a new Mkt Cap ranking inside the top 500.

Then 2023 becomes "PTX on the radar!" & watch out IMU, we're coming.

(and another ~ $5m by 31 March 2023 with the PTXOC conversions). "more oxygen"
