Another MASTER STROKE by SYC and board to extend the SPP and allow for the final funds to trickle in and oversubscribe at $8.67 million. 2 for 2 on the SPP extensions.
Seriously can't believe how fortunate we are to have Steven with his wealth of knowledge in medical, great negotiator skills, gift of the ** to dumb down the science and also able to read the market to get an SPP over the line.
Others may be able to confirm the finer details of 701A etc but a few rough calcs (on 15% capacity of current shares on issue??)
- $8.76m / 17.5c = 50 million shares in SPP
- Current SOI of 654million so 7.1A placement rule allows 15% share capacity every 12 months gives 98 million share capacity
- So wholesale could fill 48 million shares (hopefully same price as SPP) at 17.5c = a further $8.4 million if fully taken up.
Seriously healthy cash in the bank without over dilution, potentially well into the $20 million plus realm.
