Others may be able to confirm the finer details of 701A etc but a few rough calcs (on 15% capacity of current shares on issue??)

• $8.76m / 17.5c = 50 million shares in SPP

• Current SOI of 654million so 7.1A placement rule allows 15% share capacity every 12 months gives 98 million share capacity

• So wholesale could fill 48 million shares (hopefully same price as SPP) at 17.5c = a further $8.4 million if fully taken up.

Seriously healthy cash in the bank without over dilution, potentially well into the $20 million plus realm.
