They didn't make the 8 mill. Sophs didn't come in for just 750k. The CEO is not being honest about it all imo. It was extended because eligible SH's asked for more time to read announcements, seriously!? If you believe that then good luck to you.
I'm not denying the company has potential but this raise stinks of dishonesty to SH's.
