I definitely didn't believe they made the target when it was extended and thought their response was bs as well, but then they ended up raising $8.76mil through the spp. How do you think they got to $8.76mil? It is legally only a maximum of $30k per shareholder for an SPP, a further 2.5mil to wholesale. Shareholders were given plenty of time to get stock and then wholesale got more. What are you accusing the company of, giving wholesale priority or not hitting the target? Both of which isnt true. Whichever way you look at it over $11mil raised for 17.5c (with unfortunately a small chunk going to reach as the broker but that is life albeit at a relatively expensive %)
