On the 21st July 2021 they signed a framework agreement for 20% of Dubbo, and offtake from KMP for $250m usd with the Korean Consortium. Like a lot of contracts it has certain conditions to be met and payments when these are met. Although this framework was amended, it’s still technically as far as we are all aware, being worked through. The announcement did say it was an offtake agreement, which it was.
They also in September signed a contract, and produced 10 tonne of Nd Pr ingot metal for a customer in Korea, so technically have produced this commercially, but was a pretty small contract.
