No worries and good luck with them. I had similar issues with Link on another stock's SPP because I wrongly assumed they would have some common sense and use the banking details they had on record for all my stocks held by them but found out Link don't even use the details they have on a stock when you buy the same stock from another broker and it has to be entered manually. Then after I went to update my details online the old details would still show up on the screen so I did it 3 more times before I gave up. I think they only update it at midnight because the next morning I got my email box flooded with dozens of update and update cancellation notices. A week later Link sent the same notices again by mail, postie came knocking at my door because he couldn't fit them all in my mailbox.
