Yep seems to be playing out as expected, no way they would get 5 million from shareholders with their track record, get ready for the kicker, insto’s will now be offer to take up the shortfall for 1.4c just to lay the boot in one more time, either that or we will get a default notice, then the games will begin, if the loan provider wants to they can shut JAT down, management have left us in a very compromised position, that may end up with large shareholder who is also the loan provider taking control of the company at bargain price.
