Because Qantas is an established company and the national flag carrier (which is an intangible asset of itself).
Again, the current MC is fair valuation until there's more clarity how they going to pay off the loan. Based on their current cash position and most recent financial report, they cant fund it from existing cash and operations, hence, the "deemed" low MC. It is too risky play atm.
