I thought someone may question that! Well for mine, there is a whole host of measures that I would look at when determining whether the stock is speculative or not but to make it simple, when a company begins making consistent net profits unlike the last reported half and at the very least being consistently cash flow positive. It only takes shareholders and banks to say no more to keep the business afloat and that makes it a speccy in my view.
