I was disappointed that PDs answer to my question (the 1st one) and generally through the presentation, gave no reference to how they were going about speeding up implementation rates other than to point out that there were partnerships in place that would help in this area. There were plenty of references to the increasing bed numbers but not the implementation of them which,as we know, is the pressing need to have any chance of income matching the rates of expenditure incurred with the global rollout.
