I have sent in my application for the SPP yesterday. After this CR, and hopefully with FDA approval later this year, the share price will not be this low again. I see this is as an opportunity of a lifetime. Moreover every subscription will also help capitalise the company to realise its ambition of being another Cochlear in the making.
I am still of the strong belief that 2025 will give a final confirmation that PCK will determine its own destiny as PD has put it in his hope for PCK. That means, profits and no takeover. Other companies management looks for takeover, but from the webinar, although that is a possibility according to PD, he is looking to building PCK and takeover is not his main objective. A takeover, especially if PCK gets the FDA approval, is like a premature ejaculation. Short term pleasure but long term huge loss to whoever takes over PCK.
Seriously, PCK is lucky to have PD at the helm. He never lied about upcoming CRs. He dares to tell the truth while I have invested in plenty of companies where management say they are fully cashed up only to do a CR a week or a month later! And the reason PD is so upfront is simply because he has a vision and a plan, and he has been there and done it. He will get there and do it again with PCK.
