Serko Limited (NZX:SKO) - On 21 December 2016, the Board of Serko Limited
(Serko) announced it had raised NZ$8.0 million of new growth funding at
NZ$0.84 per share (the Placement).
Eligible Serko shareholders have been sent a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) Offer
Document enabling them the opportunity to subscribe for up to NZ$15,000 of
new shares in Serko at NZ$0.84 per share, being the same price as for the
Placement. The SPP is capped at $1.0 million in total.
Serko shareholders are reminded that the SPP closes at 5.00pm on Friday, 12
February 2016.
If Serko shareholders wish to participate in the SPP, they should send their
SPP application form to Link Share Registrar, so as to be received by 5.00pm
on Friday, 12 February 2016.
All new shares issued by way of the SPP (and the Placement) rank equally with
the existing Serko ordinary shares on issue.
