NAIF is the curve ball
a solid 200 - 300 million NAIF payment could reduce dilution / maybe even require no need for dilution
Hopefully we get something from NAIF
SINCE we could have a election in the first half of next year - NAIF final decision could be out around election time - whenever that election occurs
