Mr Long is not a long term holder.
Long term holders have been here 6, 8, 10 years or more.
Long term holders probably didnt apply for,or expect much in the cap raise.
Leave it for the stragglers. Hope they get 5% of what they bid for, and take 5 weeks to get their cash back.
