    I have what could be a very basic question.

    The SPP update says “Allotment and issue of shares” occurs on the 25th January and “Quotation of new shares on the ASX” occurs on the 29th January.

    Does that mean that shares become tradeable on CommSec/Etrade etc on the 25th or the 29th?
