    3 shares at 15c is a legitimate parcel size? Face it. These operators are beyond ASIC's reach as they operate from overseas, hence ASIC can do nothing about the small parcel manipulation. They will try to justify it as being 'index related'. ASIC will probably buy that justification and it wont go any further.
