not sure on this one re price action, that's why sitting atm waiting a good technical entry point.
From purely TA, It tested the 1st FVG twice in last month, there's another sitting much further down, MACD, EMA43 are heading sth, avg volume is rising (maybe accumulation as you say) and EMAs are spread wide. Plus, today caused a gap up opening another FVG. Those EMAs look like they want to close the distance between them.
You might be right re time sdc.
