i think they are thinking large, serious investors that wont dilute us, and will provide funding for what they alluded to in March qtr report
We need it, but think of the market size in Middle East and India...staggering!! They pay back would be incredible, we already have the facility, so i dont think the exansion would be massive in terms of $
