Correct, you cannot compare SP but you can compare market cap & resource.
Arafura are 5.6 to 7% more expensive when you complete a Market cap / Resource evaluation when you look at NdPr & REO respectively.
This is shown on the chart, bottom right in the picture @apsludh posted above.
It essentially shows that Peak is the 'cheapest' in comparison to the peers assessed.
Note, this is only one comparison and all risk and economic factors should be reviewed before making an investment.
