Claim made by Venus Metals Corporation Limited
Spectrum Metals Limited (‘SPX’ or ‘the Company’) advises that further to the Company’s
announcement made on 10 October 2019 and now that all parties have filed appearances to the
Supreme Court Proceedings, SPX will take all necessary steps to expedite the proceedings with a
view to the trial being listed no later than the first quarter of 2020.
The SPX Board strongly reiterates its view that the claim made by Venus Metals Corporation Ltd
(VMC) is without merit and the Company is further considering any counterclaim it may have
against VMC in the circumstances.
SPX is actively engaged in exploring its exciting Penny West Project and will update the market
on this matter when appropriate.
