Actually I read your QML vs Hudson & during my search for it " thats how I stumbled across Lac Minerals Ltd v International Corona Resources Ltd[ which imo is a much more similar case to vmc vs spx, as for VMC share price your right its giving no signs of confidence but it has a history of being a under-performing piece of sh.t no matter what is announced, we dont know all the ins & outs from both sides & can only take it as it comes
