We won’t know exactly what VMC have in terms of evidence to support their claim at this stage (am I right @82Punter?) Maybe they have a smoking gun? MZN didn’t. But it didn’t stop them going to court and pursuing it despite attempts at mediation.
The main comparison I was making is in the comments made by posters on these forums. A common theme being ‘They wouldn’t take this all the way to court if they weren’t confident that they had a strong case against them. KDR are in big trouble!’
