The way I read it SPZ bought the management business outright. I am assuming the management business came with a series of contracts with carpark owners (48 sites), so I guess there would be a lot of information on contracts....maybe too much to put in a simple announcement but yeah some extra information would be helpful.
FY results only a month or so away so we might find out more then but they seem to be "growing the estate" as SPZ management say.
