Anyone named after the fictional founder of the biggest financial scam (Bitcoin) in history can't be taken seriously as an investor.

You don't seem to understand the difference between price and value. Square and APT are valued entirely on speculation. On value they are both worth effectively zero because:

a) they can't make a genuine (NPAT using GAA) profit now or any time in the foreseeable future.
b) BNPL is intrinsically unprofitable
c) there are almost no barriers to entry and hundreds of companies are already operating in BNPL space.
d) growth has stalled fro both companies. That is why they are merging.
