I can't be bothered finding them now, but would love to see your previous comments on how anyone who thought that the SQ/APT deal would still go through was out of their minds - That was just going into full-blown conspiracy theory. (Conveniently now that the SQ price has dropped, you think that the deal will, in fact, go through - Go figure.)

All-scrip takeovers are a classic tactic used by failing companies to boost revenue. It nearly all ways boosts the target and ends very badly for the buyer. The smart money sold their APT as soon as it was announced. The naive and greedy kept their stock. Now APT and SQ are sinking together.
