And they're using 25% discount date for their base case plus applying the Phase progression probabilities - they have revenue in the mid-2020's in the billions, so the upside for passing time and hurdles is a multiplier at each Phase completion plus 25% upside per annum. Worth reading through the whole report IMO because all of the calculations and reasoning are fully laid out.
