Ann: SRG Global secures $20m facades contract, page-18

I am happy with all the contract wins too - but let not get too far ahead of ourselves. The next important part of the picture is whether they can profitably execute them all. If they can't do that, what was the point of getting the job in the first place (other than a flashy headline)?

Plenty of other Co's have chased growth-for-growth's-sake and ended up getting badly burnt, cause they couldn't execute (profitably) what the big-talking Salesman had promised. I'm really hoping that isn't the case here and from what I've seen/read of SRG management, I don't think it is. But let's just say I'm a little wary with the recent spate of wins (there have been a lot in the last few months!) and I'm hoping they are due to SRG's good business relationships/reputation and synergies/expanded capabilities from the GCS acquisition, rather than they're sending out low-ball bids trying to look good!

Gotta love the recent SP rally though (not that I'm thinking of selling).
