What I have come to realise is that there are times to be invested in these type of companies and there are times not to be. I believe this is the time to be in this stock, I took an initial position a few months ago and added more since then, you are correct in asking management to “show me the money”.
That’s where a lot of these type of stocks are at in the cycle - the ones than can show the profits will continue to re-rate.
My understanding is that margins are increasing significantly in some of the industries that SRG plays in. Hopefully they can take full advantage and provide value for shareholders over next 12 months.
